Board of Directors of Florida Health Choices, Inc.

DESCRIPTION: The corporation shall administer the Florida Health Choices Program which is a single, centralized market for the sale and purchase of various products that enable individuals to pay for health care. These products include health insurance plans, health maintenance organization plan, prepaid services, service contracts, and flexible spending accounts
QUALIFICATION: The corporation shall be governed by 15 members, 4 appointed by the Governor. Members may not include insurers, health insurance agents or brokers, health care providers, health maintenance organizations, prepaid service providers, or any other entity, affiliate or subsidiary of eligible vendors.

ENERGY APPOINTMENTS

The Florida Public Service Commission Nominating Council is accepting applications for nine Commissioner appointments to the new Florida Energy and Climate Commission. Commission members shall serve without compensation but are entitled to reimbursement for per diem and travel expenses.
