The purpose of ABC's Political Action Committees (PACs) is to work within the federal and state election processes to further the goals of ABC, ABC of Florida and the individual chapters by supporting and opposing candidates for elected office who support our issues and the construction industry.
ABC has several PACs and other ways to contribute to the election process.

The ABC National PAC is organized and regulated under federal law. Contributions to the ABC National PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes and Corporate donations are PROHIBITED.
Contributions to the ABC PAC are for political purposes. All contributions to ABC PAC are voluntary. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. The proposed contribution amounts are suggestions; you may choose to contribute more or less, or not at all. ABC will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount contributed or the decision whether to contribute. Federal law requires political committees to report the name, address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
All other ABC PACs and/or CCEs are organized and regulated under state law. Both personal and corporate donations are permissible. Certain limitations apply.
